I write and produce stories, scripts, and creative, research-driven content for brands, broadcasters, and creative organisations working across sport, culture, dance, and entertainment. At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of words to communicate authentic stories and meaningful messages.
I've built and written content slates for Red Bull and international Olympic federations, worked as a researcher and script consultant on BBC podcast documentaries and for the Olympic Broadcasting Channel, and delivered feature stories, scripts, and creative projects across street culture, dance, film and sport.
What sets my work apart is that I haven't just documented these worlds—I've lived them. I spent two decades competing internationally as a breaker (break dancer), while also writing, directing, and producing award-winning short films and working as a sports commentator for the Olympic Channel. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the stories worth telling, how to uncover authentic and personal narratives through interviews, and what it takes to bring compelling stories to life across different forms of media.
